Lots going on in the neighborhood with new apartment and office building construction. I have seen many new faces on my bus commute and expect to see and meet more folks out and about this summer. Kicking -off this group to build community in the Dexter Corridor. Let's meet-up on August 2nd at National Night Out and learn about neighborhood resources, meet the fire department, Seattle PD and enjoy food and a LIVE band ! The goal is to have a coffee/tea meetup once a month starting in August ! Would like to create a group for neighbors who might not otherwise meet, to get together. Large apartment buildings and condos are not conducive to this.

The "Dexter Corridor" is constantly evolving. This photo is from the late 1800's in a time where there might have been more community. Looking forward to meeting and building something great !
